The Infrastructure team designs, builds, and maintains the software, hardware, network, and computing technologies that power all of Inovalon's services. • Strong troubleshooter - you know every problem has a solution; you are unrelenting, persistent, and confident that you will find that solution;
• Manage stressful situations with calm, courtesy, and confidence;
• Troubleshooting Windows Server, complex computing platforms, and/or cutting-edge technologies involving virtualization, distribution, and high availability;
• Strong understanding of Active Directory administration, structure, permissions, and best practices;
• Experience with patch management using tools like WSUS, Systems Center, and/or vCenter Protect;
• Knowledge of existing industry standards, technologies, and operational norms;
• Possess a strong sense of ownership and urgency; the capacity to ensure a problem is not dropped, forgotten, or ignored;
• Strong with virtualization and Microsoft technologies required; liS, SOL, Cisco, replication, distribution, availability, recovery, and/or Linux experience a plus; and
• Scripting experience; must be willing to learn PowerShell.
