To gather technical and business requirements throughout the assesment and planning phases of the Lotus Notes Replacement Project.

The Technical BSA will provide expertise in requirements specification gathering, analysis, and planning in support of the replacement of the Lotus Notes effort. Activities include collection and organization of business and technical requirements from existing applications. Additionally, the BSA will serve as the liaison between in-house customers and information technology professionals. Experience with SharePoint, Web technologies, and Agile Methodology, including Scrum, are desired. Experience with the migration of a large complex projects is a plus.

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs and document the technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Lotus Notes and ability to follow a defined technical process is required.
• Bachelors degree or higher and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related area is a must.
• The BSA will perform a variety of tasks under general supervision, must be able to work independently, and rely on experience and judgement to accomplish goals.
